This Avocado mayo is perfect as a spread for sandwiches, burgers or as a dipping sauce for BBQ chicken wings, crisps, chips etc. The avocado mayo sauce is very easy to make. Just combine everything in a food processor or blender.

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and destoned
- 8 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 120 ml (4 1/2 fl oz) warm water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp of lime juice
- Salt
Preparation Method
10 minutes
- Place warm water and garlic in the food processor and blitz well.
- Add the rest of ingredients into the food processor and blitz again until a smooth. Taste and adjust the amount of salt as desired.
- Transfer avocado mayo dip sauce to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 3 days.
