- Freshly ground black pepper

- 2 bunches of fresh basil
- 80 ml (3 fl oz) olive oil
- 80 ml (3 fl oz) rapeseed oil
- 60 g (3 oz) pine nuts, lightly toasted
- 40 g (1 1/2) grated parmesan cheese
- 4 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
