The best BBQ sauce

No matter what you do, you want a great BBQ sauce to cover your favourite ribs or chicken wings. The best BBQ sauce must be thick and sticky so it holds to the meat. While most of these sauces are tomato based, there’s a lot of variation among them.

Remember that any sauce that contains sugars will burn at temperatures above 75˚C (265˚F). If you are cooking at temperatures above this, cook your meat before applying the sauce. It will prevent from burning.
