  • Wire whisk

  • 320 rolled oats
  • 660 milk
  • 2 tbsp of protein powder
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

Preparation Method

10 minutes
  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, whey protein powder, peanut butter, cinnamon and milk in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Divide overnight oats mixture between two jars. Top with frozen strawberries and maple syrup. Put the lid back on and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bring out of the fridge in the morning and enjoy your healthy, hassle-free breakfast.
