- 60g gluten free rolled oats
- 140ml milk, soya milk or water
- 100g berries, washed
- 2 tbsp of honey
- ½ tsp of ground cinnamon
Garnish
- Few fresh mint leaves
Preparation Method

- Place the saucepan with milk and oats over medium-high heat and bring to the boil, then turn off the heat.
- Add ground cinnamon and half of honey. Stir consistently using a spatula until you have a thick, creamy mixture. It could take 7-10 minutes.
- Pour the porridge into the bowl then top it with fresh berries and drizzle with the rest of honey. Garnish porridge with fresh mint leaves.
