- Stand mixer or electric mixer
- Large mixing bowl
- Large baking sheet x 2
- Sieve
- Piping bag
- Baking paper

- 225g egg whites
- 195g egg yolks
- 195g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
Preparation Method

- Preheat the oven to 170˚C/Gas mark 3. Lay two baking sheets with baking paper.
- Using stand mixer whisk egg whites together with sugar and pinch of salt until firm peaks. Whisk in gently egg yolks, one by one.
- Sieve flour gradually into a whipped eggs and mix until combined.
- Fill a piping bag with dough and pipe onto the each baking sheet 12-15 tiramisu biscuits and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and carefully transfer cookies onto wire rack to cool completely.
